This place is fantastic - it's clean, the food is delicious, the staff are super friendly, breakfast is hot and great, and there's a good choice of goodies, making for a very relaxing overall experience.

recently refurbished room, exceptionally comfortable beds, great breakfast. the location wonderful and fantastic damn near everything. based not far from again the service was definitively 1st class as well as the cocktail bar.

In the classic double room here, you get an electronic key card, a multi-channel TV, and a study table. Plus, the meals served are really good and amazing! 🌟

Had enjoyable 1 night here. I booked a room with a large bed, an iron, an electronic key card and a work desk. The restaurant was good for breakfasts.

This venue was clean, with very helpful and attentive staff including John the manager, and all areas had a modern feel - I definitely plan to return.

The staff was pleasant and the place was clean. The overall atmosphere was family, but some staff members were not very friendly. We stayed in the family room with lovely views and loved it. Location : the hotel was very close to restaurant, the conservatory, and the lake. Spent here 1 relaxing day and will be back.

The location was fantastic, with everything we wanted to visit just a short walk away; the staff were friendly, and the room was newly renovated with air conditioning, making for a pleasant stay that we'd love to repeat.

Unbelievable but true: In the bar under the restaurant with the Michelin star the table was stuck, lipstick was on the glass and the Cesars salad was not edible with a more than thumb-thick stalk and black-waved dissolving salad leaves. This did not fit at all to the ambience and cast a shadow over the actually beautiful place. The breakfast then created a balance. Probably just bad luck.

The breakfast was fantastic, cooked to perfection. the hotel was clean and had an original charm. the king room provided stunning views of the lakes and included a welcome bottle and strawberries. the location was serene and secluded by the lake, with convenient access to the bar/restaurant and a lovely airy conservatory.

The horel staff were excellent, very pleasant & happy to assist. The food was of very high standard.

No lift from reception to 1st floor (in older part of building) & lift in this building (servicing from 1st floo up) was not in service from 10pm-7am, a bit awkward with a pram.
